Norwich City winger Christian Fassnacht says the players and head coach David Wagner must stick together as they look to turn their Championship form around.
The 3-2 victory at Cardiff on Saturday ended a run of six Championship matches without a win.
"We know we are a good team. The last games have been bad but we know what we're capable of," Fassnacht, 30, told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"We have really good quality in this team and we need to stick together."
Fassnacht scored the opener against Cardiff, only to see his side concede twice before the break, leaving them heading towards another defeat.
However, an own goal and a late strike from Adam Idah won the game for the Canaries to ease the intense pressure on Wagner.
"We've had so many hard defeats, it's great to see we can come back from 2-1 down and win. It shows great character," Fassnacht said.
The Switzerland international joined the Norfolk side from Young Boys in the summer - where he first played under Wagner.
"I'm really happy to be here and play in the Championship. Every week is a new stadium and opponent for me - I'm really enjoying it," Fassnacht said.
"David [Wagner] has been under a lot of pressure, but so have we. It's not just the manager, it's all the players and the staff too.
"We stick together - we all know what we're capable of and we are pushing each other to be better."
After four defeats in a row, Norwich's much-needed win over Cardiff moved them up to 16th in the table - six points off the top six - with their next game after the international break against QPR.
