Ayr United 1-3 Inverness CT: Visitors leapfrog hosts with victory

Morgan Boyes's double gave Inverness Caledonian Thistle their first win in six matches and moved them above opponents Ayr United into seventh place in the Scottish Championship.
Max Anderson took advantage of Ayr goalkeeper Charlie Albinson's mistake to set up Billy Mckay's opener.
Minutes after the hosts' Anton Dowds had a goal ruled out for offside, Morgan Boyes headed in a Cameron Harper cross and did so again moments later.
Logan Chalmers' strike made it 3-1.
Ayr's tails were up after that and a brilliant save by Mark Ridgers kept out Dowds before Francis Amartey cracked an effort off the crossbar late on.
The Honest Men are two points above the bottom two.
Ayr United manager Lee Bullen: "Nine times out of 10, the team that's better in both boxes wins the game of football and that's what happened. It just wasn't our day. It could've been easy just to throw the towel in at 3-0 but they kept going, Logan scores a wonderful goal. We had opportunities to maybe even get something out of the game."
Inverness CT manager Duncan Ferguson: "It was a six-pointer. We've managed to jump about Ayr. It's a massive game for us. Moments in the game went for us. We created an awful lot of chances, particularly in the second half. [Mark Ridgers] was fantastic. A really great goalkeeper. Maybe one of the best in the league if not the best in the league."
