Cambridge United sell naming rights to rename ground The Cledara Abbey Stadium

The Abbey Stadium had been known by its original name since 2017 following previous sponsorship deals

Cambridge United have agreed a sponsorship deal to rename their ground The Cledara Abbey Stadium.

The software management platform have agreed to become official sponsors of the Abbey until January 2029.

The League One club said the deal would "play a part in the next stage of the stadium's redevelopment".

"We are very pleased to be partnering with Cledara," Cambridge chief executive Alex Tunbridge told the club website.

"We are embarking on an exciting journey to develop the stadium and welcoming organisations such as Cledara is an important part of that."
