Charlton Athletic have signed Conor Coventry from West Ham and Macaulay Gillesphey from Plymouth Argyle.
Both Coventry, a midfielder, and centre-half Gillesphey have been signed by Charlton for undisclosed fees.
23-year-old Coventry has signed a three-and-a-half year deal with the Addicks after making his Premier League debut for West Ham last season.
Gillesphey, 28, has joined the club on a deal that runs until 2026, with the option of adding an extra year.
"I'm delighted to bring Macaulay in," Charlton manager Michael Appleton told the club website, external. "He's a man mountain which helps and is left-sided, which gives us a little bit of balance."
Gillesphey won League One with Plymouth last season, while Coventry has previously worked under Appleton at Lincoln City.
"I'm delighted to be able to be reunited with him on a permanent deal," Appleton said.
"He's very, very comfortable on the ball and knows his position really well.
"He's a good passer of the ball, with good technique, and he's got a steeliness to him as well which I like - a bit of nastiness to him."
Appleton has now signed four players in the January window after bringing in Tyreeq Bakinson and Lewis Fiorini.
