Imran Louza: Watford midfielder joins French club Lorient on loan

Imran Louza scored his only goal of the current season against QPR in August

Watford midfielder Imran Louza has joined French club Lorient on loan for the rest of the season.

Louza, 24, joined the Hornets from Nantes in 2021 and has made 17 appearances this season, the most recent coming in the FA Cup this month.

Lorient are currently bottom of France's Ligue 1, with only 12 points from 18 games played, under head coach Regis le Bris.

They won promotion to the top flight in 2020 and finished 10th last season.
