The New Saints aim to take the first step towards a potential quadruple when they meet Swansea City Under-21s in the Nathaniel MG Cup final on Saturday (17:30 GMT).

TNS have won the Cymru Premier and the Welsh Cup in each of the last two seasons.

They are romping towards another league title this term and are in the Welsh Cup quarter-finals.

Craig Harrison's are also in the last four of the SPFL Trust Trophy.

The first chance to claim silverware comes at Barry Town's Jenner Park this weekend, with TNS - who have not lost a domestic fixture all season - favourites to triumph against Swansea's youngsters.

The Championship club's development side were given a wildcard place in the competition for the first time this season, and have beaten their Cardiff City counterparts as well as Carmarthen Town, Caerau Ely, Briton Ferry Llansawel and Cymru Premier club Cardiff Met en route to the final.

Saints have overcome Connah's Quay Nomads, Porthmadog, Gresford Athletic and Guilsfield to give themselves a chance of lifting the Nathaniel MG Cup for the first time in six years.

Saints boss Harrison told Radio Wales Sport: "We sort of know what we're coming up against we had someone at their the game against Cardiff Met and we've had some footage as well from other games.

"So we've done our due diligence. We certainly aren't taking them lightly. It's a good opportunity.

"I'd imagine it'd be a really good game of football because at Swansea you've got a massive history of wanting to play good football in us as a football club play possession based football.

"So I think if the conditions are good it could be could be really good entertaining game of football around."
