Burton Albion have signed Crystal Palace striker Ademola Ola-Adebomi on loan for the rest of the season.

The 20-year-old has yet to play for Palace's first team but has appeared four times in their EFL Trophy side.

He arrives at the Pirelli Stadium having scored 12 goals in 21 games for their under-21s this season.

"We're really happy that we've managed to fight off competition to get this signing over the line," Brewers boss Martin Paterson told the club website. , external

"He's a talented boy and we think he can really add extra quality to our attacking area of the pitch."

Ola-Adebomi is the third signing made by League One Burton since Paterson was appointed on 11 January.

"There's been a lot of interest from clubs abroad and in League One and Two, but coming to Burton just felt right," Ola-Adebomi said.

Burton are next in action on Saturday, with an away game against Cambridge United.
