Sam Morsy: Ipswich will soon be ready to 'rock and roll again' after cup exit

Ipswich Town skipper Sam Morsy is confident they will soon be ready to "rock and roll again" after their shock FA Cup defeat by Maidstone United.
The Tractor Boys were beaten 2-1 by their non-league opponents despite having 38 attempts on goal in the game.
They are, however, second in the Championship and will now focus on the job of trying to win promotion.
"It's going to hurt us - not one to get over in a day," midfielder Morsy told BBC Radio Suffolk.
"But that's football, that's sport - life sometimes doesn't go the way you think it should, or the way you want it to.
"It's a real blow, a real sickener, but let's see how fast we can jump back on the horse.
"Monday the place will be lively and we'll be ready to rock and roll again. The lows sometimes propel you to bigger things."
Ipswich have played 34 matches in all competitions this season and only tasted defeat on five occasions.
They dominated possession against National League South side Maidstone but were twice caught on the break and could not force a second equaliser in a frantic period of stoppage time.
"Our home form has been incredible for a number of seasons now, so it's not what we wanted, but these things can happen," Morsy said.
"We did a lot of things right, we had a lot of chances, their keeper pulled off some great saves, we hit the woodwork, could have finished better, loads of things going on but unfortunately it wasn't our day.
"To be honest, you learn more from the lows than you ever will from the highs.
"It will be a good opportunity to see where we're at mentally. If you want to do well, it's going to be more about how you react to the lows."
Ipswich face a busy month in February, with six games in the space of 21 days - starting with a trip to Preston North End on Saturday.
They are just one point ahead of Southampton, in third, and seven behind leaders Leicester City.
