Three goals in five minutes just before half-time helped Wycombe to a 4-1 win over Brighton Under-21s in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy quarter-finals.
Kieran Sadlier struck twice, either side of a Leigh Kavanagh own goal, to put the Chairboys in control.
Brighton's Jamie Mullins was sent off after Dale Taylor had made it four, but Luca Barrington netted a consolation.
Wycombe, beaten semi-finalists in 2016-17, join Blackpool, Peterborough United and Bradford City in the last four.
Matt Bloomfield's side had already hit the post through Chris Forino when a 40th-minute Taylor effort was tipped on to the woodwork by keeper Thomas McGill and Sadlier put away the rebound.
The young Seagulls were still absorbing that setback when Kavanagh headed into his own net, and Sadlier further increased the lead in added time following a cross by Jason McCarthy, playing his first game since August because of injury.
There was no let-up following the break as Taylor scored from a tight angle in front of just 769 fans, before Mullins was shown a red card for a foul and Barrington rounded the keeper for the Brighton consolation.
"I thought we played really well, the way we passed the ball, it was a shame we didn't get a couple more but I'm really chuffed," Wycombe boss Bloomfield told BBC Three Counties Radio.
"To get those three goals in such quick succession at the end of the first half set up the second nicely. I'm genuinely excited to be in a semi-final."
Wycombe have now won six games out of six in this season's competition, and the semi-finals draw will be made on Friday at approximately 18:15 GMT and will not be regionalised.
Matches will be played during the week commencing 19 February, with the final to be staged at Wembley on Sunday, 7 April.
