Ryan Finnigan: Blackpool sign Southampton midfielder for undisclosed fee

Ryan Finnigan had loan spells with Crewe and Shrewsbury after coming through Southampton's academy

Blackpool have signed Southampton midfielder Ryan Finnigan for an undisclosed fee on a deal until the end of June 2026.

The 20-year-old spent the first half of the season on loan with the Tangerines' League One rivals Shrewsbury but injury restricted him to three appearances.

He could make his debut at Stevenage on Saturday.

"This is a massive club with huge potential," Finnigan told the club website.
