AFC Wimbledon have signed forward Josh Kelly from National League side Solihull Moors for an undisclosed fee on a two-and-a-half year deal.

The 25-year-old leaves the fifth-tier side as their highest scorer this season, having netted 15 times.

The Dons have also added veteran John-Joe O'Toole on loan from fellow League Two side Mansfield Town until the end of the season.

O'Toole, 35, had only made three substitute appearances this campaign.

Since beginning his career with Watford, the midfielder has played over 500 senior games.

Kelly, who has an additional 12-month option on his Wimbledon deal, spent 18 months with Solihull after arriving from Maidenhead in the summer of 2022.

"I feel like I can keep scoring goals here," Kelly said, external.

"I've been in the National League for a few years and now it's up to me to prove that I can make the step up."
