Wycombe Wanderers have signed Plymouth Argyle left-back Saxon Earley and Wolves defender Nigel Lonwijk on loan for the rest of the season.

Earley, 21, who can also play in midfield, joined Plymouth last January from Stevenage and played nine games as the Pilgrims won the League One title.

But he has only played twice this term, with both of those games in August.

Dutchman Lonwijk, 21, was a promotion winning team-mate of Earley's at Plymouth during a loan there last term.

The Wolves player also had a loan spell with Swiss club Grasshopper earlier this season, but it was quickly ended by injury.

Earley's move comes just a day after Plymouth team-mate Matt Butcher also moved to Adams Park.
