Holders Celtic will welcome current Premiership bottom club Livingston in the Scottish Cup last eight
Rangers will travel to face Hibernian in one of three all-Premiership ties in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals.
Holders Celtic host Livingston, who pulled off a dramatic comeback against Partick Thistle on Saturday.
Derek McInnes will return to Pittodrie with Kilmarnock to take on Neil Warnock's Aberdeen.
After knocking out Motherwell, second-tier Morton have been rewarded with a home tie against in-form Hearts, who defeated Airdrieonians 4-1 on Sunday.
Having lifted the Viaplay Cup with victory over Aberdeen in December, Rangers manager Philippe Clement is seeking to make it two trophies from two since taking charge. His side face 2016 winners Hibs in a rerun of that final.
Ties will take place on the weekend of Saturday, 9 March.
