Middlesbrough's versatile midfielder Matt Crooks has completed a move to Major League Soccer side Real Salt Lake for an undisclosed fee.

The 30-year-old has signed a three-year deal with the Utah state club to end a near three-year stay on Teesside.

Leeds-born Crooks joined Boro from Rotherham United in July 2021 and scored 23 goals in 115 games.

He featured in a number of positions for the club, including centre forward and various midfield roles.
