Colchester United are just above the League Two relegation zone - three places and 11 points behind Doncaster
Colchester United's League Two home game against Doncaster Rovers on Tuesday has been postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.
The playing surface at the JobServe Community Stadium was found to be unplayable after an 08:00 GMT inspection by match officials.
Colchester said there would be "little chance of improvement" with more heavy rain forecast for the day.
A rearranged date for the fixture is yet to be set.
In the National League, FC Halifax Town's match with Oldham, Bromley's trip to Wealdstone, Barnet v Eastleigh and Maidenhead's clash with Hartlepool have also been called off because of waterlogging.
