Dundee United trounced sorry Queen's Park to maintain their four-point lead at the top of the Scottish Championship.

Kai Fotheringham grabbed a brace, while Louis Moult, Ross Graham and Craig Sibbald also got on the scoresheet at Hampden.

An early penalty miss by Moult could have lef to another frustrating afternoon for Jim Goodwin's side, but the league leaders showed their dominance to blow the opposition away.

Raith Rovers' win over Ayr United means the title race remains relatively tight, with the Fifers's playing their game in hand against Airdrieonians on Tuesday.

Queen's Park are just one point above Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the relegation play-off spot.
