Inverness CT 2-1 Arbroath: Visitors all but relegated after late defeat in Highlands
- Published
Arbroath are almost certain to be relegated from the Scottish Championship after a late defeat at Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
Wallace Duffy put the second-bottom hosts ahead in first-half stoppage time before Leighton McIntosh levelled just after the hour.
The visitors were then reduced to 10 men when Ricky Little was dismissed for a second booking, with Alex Samuel netting the winner four minutes later.
Arbroath are now 12 points adrift..
Jim McIntyre's side only have four games to make up that deficit on Inverness, who have a far superior goal difference and are now within a point of Queen's Park in eighth.
