Swansea City gained revenge over newly crowned Genero Adran Premier champions Cardiff City with a 2-0 victory.

Cardiff had retained the title on Wednesday evening with a 4-0 home win over the Swans.

But Katy Hosford's first-half penalty and Emily Thomas' goal on the hour gave second-placed Swansea the win.

Wrexham remain third, five points behind Swansea, following a 3-0 win over Aberystwyth Town.

TJ Dickens, Amber Lightfoot and Rebecca Pritchard were the scorers.

In the Adran Premier Plate, Cardiff Met were held to a 1-1 draw by bottom-of-the-table Pontypridd United while The New Saints beat Barry Town United 3-0.
