Swansea City suffer Joe Allen and Przemyslaw Placheta injury blows

Joe Allen has made 23 Swansea appearances this season
Swansea City have suffered a double injury blow with Joe Allen and Przemyslaw Placheta facing spells on the sidelines.
Midfielder Allen, 34, came off with a toe problem during Monday's home defeat by Queens Park Rangers.
Winger Placheta, 26, missed the QPR game having injured a hamstring at Sheffield Wednesday on Friday.
Swansea boss Luke Williams hopes both players will be able to return before the Championship season ends on 4 May.
Allen was substituted 10 minutes before half-time as Swansea were beaten 1-0 by Rangers.
"He bent the toe back too far. The toe said ouch and then he cannot play any more in the game, so we'll see," Williams said.
"We need a bit more time for that to settle down and we will try to gauge how long that will be. I don't think he is showing the symptoms of a break. Hopefully that won't be the end of his season."
Placheta has played a part in improving Swansea's fortunes since he joined on a free transfer from Norwich City in January, but was forced off at half-time at Hillsborough.
Like Allen, the Poland international sees his contract expire at the end of the season.
"He had a problem with his hamstring, unfortunately, so he's going to be out for a little while," Williams said.
"It's sad to lose him, but it's not for too long and hopefully we get him back on the pitch before the end of the season.
"It's not a really high-grade tear or anything like that. It's manageable, so it depends on how his body reacts to rehab."
In Placheta's absence, Williams does not have a left-sided winger to call on as he tries to ensure his team are not dragged into a relegation scrap in the closing stages of the season.
"I really like him a lot - I think he gives us a big threat," Williams added.
"He's a good guy. I like good characters like that. When you see him every day it looks like he's ready for training and has good enthusiasm."
