Swansea City: US owners invest further £3m into club
- Published
Swansea City's US owners have injected a further £3m into the club.
The new funds follows the latest new share issues in the Championship club just four weeks after the group invested another £2m in a similar deal.
It takes the group's investment in beyond £20m since last summer, though other shareholders, including the club's supporter's trust, will see their stake decrease.
The Welsh club made a £12.5m loss in the most recent set of accounts.
New figures - covering the 2022-23 season - are due by the end of April.
Swansea's majority shareholders, include chairman Andy Coleman.
