Harrogate Town have signed midfielder Bryn Morris from League Two rivals Newport County for an undisclosed fee.
The 28-year-old started his career with Middlesbrough and had spells with Shrewsbury, Portsmouth and Grimsby before joining the Exiles in June 2023.
He scored 10 goals in 65 league appearances for the Welsh side and also scored in their 4-2 FA Cup fourth round defeat by Manchester United last season.
"After careful consideration, I've made the difficult decision to move on for personal reasons that are important to me and my family," he told Newport's club website.
"Having a young family, it felt like the right time to make a change that is in the best interest of all involved.
"My time at Newport will always hold a special place. It's where I've had some of the best moments of my career, played the most games, and scored the most goals."
Harrogate have not disclosed the length of contract he has signed.
