Aberystwyth Town 1-1 Connah's Quay Nomads: Lifumpa Mwandwe broke the deadlock for Nomads after a tight first half, but John Owen equalised within 10 minutes to ensure each side earned a first point of the campaign.

Bala Town 2-0 Briton Ferry Llansawel: Alex Downes gave Bala an early lead and then struck a second five minutes into the second half to seal the result.

Cardiff Met University 1-1 Barry Town United: Ryan Reynolds found the net after just two minutes to give Met the lead, only for Sam Snaith to level things for Barry and a share of the points.

Flint Town United 1-4 The New Saints: Saints - playing their first league game of the season after missing the opening weekend due to European commitments - wasted little time in asserting their dominance over Flint. Sion Bradley put the defending champions two up with little more than half an hour on the clock, with Ben Clark adding a third in the second half before Bradley completed his hat-trick. Jake Phillips claimed a late consolation for Flint.

Penybont 0-0 Newtown: Neither side could find a way through in a well-matched contest that saw 21 attempts at goal, with nine of those on target. The result leaves both sides with four points from two games.

Caernarfon Town 1-2 Haverfordwest County: Owain Jones' last-gasp winner kept Haverfordwest at the top of the standings with two wins from two so far in the league. Ben Ahmun had given the visitors the lead, only for Matthew Jones to conjure an almost immediate reply for Caernarfon, before Jones had the last word.
