Hull 'not here to cry' about league position - Pandur

Hull City cannot cry about their current league position and only the players can get them out of trouble, says goalkeeper Ivor Pandur.
Saturday's 2-1 defeat by Coventry City left them bottom of the Championship but only two points short of safety.
"It's concerning for the fans and everyone at the club but we are not here to cry about it - we put ourselves in this position and we can get ourselves out of it, we just need to find a way of winning games," Pandur told BBC Radio Humberside
"We've been through some difficult moments since the beginning of the season and some things are not working but we can turn this around because we have a lot of quality in our team."
Hull have failed to win any of their past 13 league matches, with nine defeats in that run.
That contributed to head coach Tim Walter being sacked last month, with Reading's Ruben Selles appointed as his replacement.
"We have a new coach who we believe in, we need to listen, we need to be better and hopefully we'll do that on Saturday," added Pandur.
"He has brought energy, compactness and discipline within the team - he's told us to stick together - he's a good manager and will help us get through this."
Pandur, 24, has played in all 21 of the club's Championship matches this season, keeping just one clean sheet, and he knows what Selles needs to prioritise to try to lift them away from trouble.
"He needs to improve us defensively because we have the quality up front which will show sooner or later but we need to defend better as a team," said Pandur.
"Not having a game in midweek will help as we've not had that since the new manager arrived so we need to reset, show up and improve."
The Tigers host Swansea City on Saturday having not won at home since beating Cardiff at the end of September, before facing testing trips to Preston and Blackburn.
