You will not have seen a more entertaining or better game in the Championship this weekend as Preston North End drew 2-2 with leaders Middlesbrough.

North End were immense from start to finish. The draw is probably about fair on the whole.

For me, Ali McCann and Jordan Storey were immense.

It was a quality game with goals for both teams and I'm shattered having watched it. It was a great advertisement for the Championship.

Last time I came to Deepdale to watch North End, it was completely different, chalk and cheese.

If fans were told they would get seven points out of nine from home games against Leicester, Ipswich and Middlesbrough, they would not have believed you. I would not either, on the strength of last season's performances.

But seeing that, wow. It was an unbelievable performance, and Paul Heckingbottom should be absolutely delighted with his team.
