Millwall's former top scout Dan McLoone has been named Leyton Orient's head of recruitment.
McLoone spent 14 years at The Den, having previously worked for the Millwall Community Trust.
He became the Lions' academy video analyst in 2012 and was in post when Millwall beat Bradford City in the League One play-off final in 2017, before stepping up as head of technical scouting in 2022.
Orient have seen another season of upheaval with several loan stars from last season's side that reached the third-tier play-off final, which ended in defeat by Charlton Athletic, returning to their parent clubs.

"Dan comes to us with an excellent track record and is extremely well thought of in the industry," the O's director of football Martin Ling told the club's website, external.
"As a club, we want to continue building both on and off the field, and Dan will definitely enhance our presence in the transfer window.
"He has learned his trade at Millwall and Steve Gallen [Millwall's director of football] can't speak highly enough of him. We're excited to see what we can achieve together in what I think is a really exciting time for the club."
Orient begin their League One campaign at Huddersfield Town on Saturday, 2 August.
