Carlisle bring in ex-Man Utd youth player Murray

Carlisle United have signed Sam Murray following his release by Manchester United.
The defender, 20, has agreed a one-year contract with the Cumbria club.
Murray was part of the Manchester United team that won the FA Youth Cup in 2022 alongside Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho.
He is the fifth new arrival at Carlisle this summer as they rebuild ahead of the National League season.
Fixtures are released on Wednesday, 9 July.
