Promotion-chasing Wycombe Wanderers have appointed Pete Shuttleworth and Tom Hounsell as first-team coaches.
The pair will work alongside Mike Dodds, who was appointed as head coach on 2 February following Matt Bloomfield's departure to become Luton Town boss.
Shuttleworth was previously assistant manager to former England captain Wayne Rooney at Plymouth Argyle and MLS side DC United.
Hounsell was number two to former Burton Albion boss Mark Robinson before a 12-match spell as interim head coach from October to December.
"Their experience and expertise will be invaluable in supporting Mike and the squad as we continue to build on our ambitions," said chief football officer Dan Rice.
"Tom's strong background in player development, data insights, and coaching, alongside Pete's wealth of analytical and coaching experience, will strengthen our approach both on and off the pitch.
"Their combined knowledge, energy, and innovative thinking will be crucial as we continue to develop a positive and progressive environment for the players."
Wycombe are second in League One ahead of Saturday's away game against Crawley Town, seven points behind leaders Birmingham City but four clear of third-placed Wrexham.
