Miron Muslic says a post-match fracas between Plymouth Argyle and Sheffield United players was "nothing serious".

Tempers flared after the full-time whistle as Argyle came from a goal down to beat United 2-1, denting the Blades' promotion hopes and boosting the Pilgrims' battle to avoid relegation.

The incident started in front of the away fans when Blades boss Chris Wilder approached Argyle players Mustapha Bundu and Darko Gyabi and continued into the tunnel.

"I think [it was] nothing serious. A lot of emotions, but I think nobody crossed the line," Plymouth head coach Muslic told BBC Radio Devon.

"I had a good conversation with Chris Wilder and also with the referees. I think everything is under control, the usual emotions for good and for bad, but nothing to mention."

The win moved bottom-of-the-table Plymouth to within three points of safety with four games to go, while Sheffield United are now five points off the automatic promotion places.

Argyle travel to play-off chasing Middlesbrough on Friday, 18 April, before hosting sixth-placed Coventry City on Easter Monday, 21 April, knowing more wins are needed to keep their survival hopes alive.

"So many people are writing us as out and down, and don't give us any hope," Muslic added after the win at Home Park.

"But it's always up to us and if we can continue to perform like today, we also have a chance.

"Some heavyweights are coming, but why not? It seems like against the heavyweight teams we are strong."
