Chelsea have made initial contact with Rangers left-back Jefte's representatives to ask about a potential transfer come the end of the season, with the Ibrox club aware of other interest from a handful of clubs on the continent in the 21-year-old. (Rangers Review)

Rangers director of football recruitment Nils Koppen said in October that, if a player like Jefte was doing well and the right offer came in, they should be brave enough to sell and find the next prospect. (Glasgow Times)
