Jersey Bulls have appointed former Jersey Chamber of Commerce president Adam Budworth as their new chairman.
Budworth, who is managing partner of finance firm Grant Thornton, has previously held roles with Jersey Rugby Club.
He is one of four new directors and replaces Russell Le Feuvre, who stepped down from the role earlier this year to become club president.
The moves come as Jersey Bulls prepare for their first campaign in the eighth tier of English football after winning promotion to Isthmian League South East last season.
Chartered accountant Gordon Dickson has been appointed as the club's new finance director, former journalist and current Jersey Consumer Council chairman Carl Walker is the new communications and marketing director while Paul Mundy is now commercial director.
"We are delighted to welcome Adam, Carl, Gordon and Paul to the board of Jersey Bulls," Le Feuvre said.
"Each brings with them an impressive track record in leadership, business, and community engagement.
"Their expertise will be invaluable as we enter the next phase of our journey as a club that represents the island with pride, ambition and professionalism."
