Crewe sign Leyton Orient midfielder Sanders

Max Sanders made 30 Orient appearances after signing from Lincoln City last summer

Crewe Alexandra have made their fourth summer signing by bringing in Max Sanders from League One club Leyton Orient for an undisclosed fee.

The 25-year-old former Brighton, Wimbledon and Lincoln City midfielder has signed a two-year deal.

He follows the arrival of strikers Jack Lankester and Kane Hemmings - and Bristol City defender Jamie Knight-Lebel on loan.

The Alex have lost two players since losing the League Two play-off final in May - former captain Luke Offord and striker Elliott Nevitt to Gillingham.
