Hendry brings 'intelligence & strong finishing' to Motherwell

Callum Hendry can "drive Motherwell forward" after signing for an undisclosed fee from MK Dons, according to manager Jens Berthel Askou.
Hendry, 27, played for St Johnstone, Brechin City, Aberdeen and Kilmarnock in Scottish football before moving to Salford City in 2022.
A switch to MK Dons then followed two years later, where he scored four goals in 32 appearances.
He has signed a two-year deal at Fir Park.
"We are delighted to welcome Callum to Motherwell," Askou said.
"His energy, intelligence in finding space, and strong finishing qualities will bring real value and competition to our squad."
"Callum arrives with a wealth of experience from both the EFL and the Scottish Premiership. His positive character and professionalism make him an excellent fit for our culture.
"He joins us with great hunger and desire to make his mark, and we are excited to see him help drive the team forward. We look forward to getting him on the pitch and watching him contribute to our continued growth as a club."
Hendry is Motherwell's first permanent signing since Lennon Miller's departure to Serie A side Udinese for a club-record fee.
Hendry - the son of former Scotland defender Colin - could make his debut at Hearts on Saturday.
"It's great to be back in Scotland," he said.
"This move has been in the offing for a while, and I've been really keen to get signed so I can focus on playing football. I know some of the guys in the dressing room, and everyone seems like really nice people around the place.
"I can now get a good week of work under my belt before Saturday's game."
