Veteran Foley commits to another year with Barrow

Barrow have agreed a new one-year contract for midfielder Sam Foley, taking him to the end of the 2025-26 season.
The 38-year-old has been with the club for three seasons, making 130 appearances - including 38 this campaign - and scoring nine goals.
"It's been a great three years so far at the club," Foley, who has also played large parts of this season in defence for the Bluebirds, told the club website., external
"Negotiations were quick, and it was an easy decision, so I'm delighted to stay for another year."
Barrow are 16th in League Two, with one match remaining.
