Portsmouth have signed Liverpool winger Kaide Gordon on loan for the rest of the season as well as adding goalkeeper Ben Killip from League One side Barnsley.

Gordon, 20, has made seven senior appearances and scored one goal for the Premier League leaders since moving to Anfield four years ago.

He spent the first half of the campaign at Pompey's fellow Championship side Norwich, scoring once in 10 appearances.

"We're delighted to welcome Kaide to the club and would like to thank Liverpool for loaning him to us," Portsmouth boss John Mousinho said.

"He arrives having already gained experience of this level from his time with Norwich and really boosts our attacking options.

"Kaide is a talented young player with bags of potential and I'm excited to see what he can do in a Pompey shirt during the rest of this season."

Goalkeeper Killip, meanwhile, has signed a short-term deal at Fratton Park until the end of the current campaign, coming in as Will Norris departs for Wycombe.

The 29-year-old joined Barnsley from Hartlepool United in the summer of 2023 and has played 36 games for the South Yorkshire club, including 21 this season.
