Barrow sign Gateshead midfielder Booty

Regan Booty scored five goals in 80 National League appearances for Gateshead

Barrow have signed Gateshead midfielder Regan Booty for an undisclosed fee on a three-year deal.

The 27-year-old started his career with Huddersfield Town and made 80 National League appearances in two seasons with the Heed.

"I think it's always really nice when a manager and a group of staff are so keen to get you in the door," Booty told the club website.

He could make his competitive debut for the Bluebirds in their League Two season-opener at Chesterfield on Saturday, 2 August.
