Millwall must turn positives into points - Harris

Millwall must start turning their good performances into wins, according to boss Neil Harris ahead of the club's Championship fixture at home to Preston North End on Saturday.
The Lions have one win from their opening six league games and sit 18th in the table with five points.
Harris was pleased with his side's performance to earn a 1-1 draw away at QPR last weekend, though Millwall had taken the lead in the game.
"Lots of positives to take [from the match at Loftus Road] and we want to start turning those positives into three points, and we want to do that this Saturday against Preston," he told BBC Radio London.
"People keep sending me these things [match and league stats] where we're right at the top of the list, pretty much, apart from the points total."
Millwall fought back from two goals down on the opening day of the season against Watford only to concede a third goal two minutes later and lose the match 3-2 at The Den.
'We have to be ruthless in both boxes and we'll get our rewards'
In their second league game of the season, they recovered from a 2-0 deficit to lead 3-2 against Bristol City with less than half an hour remaining before conceding two late goals and losing 4-3 at Ashton Gate.
But Millwall have only conceded two goals in their past four league games.
Their only league win of the season came in a comfortable 3-0 victory against Sheffield Wednesday at home and Harris said his players would need to perform at that level to defeat Preston.
"We have to have the same mindset... that we want to boss the game, we want to physically impose ourselves on the game, we've got no divine right to win any game at any level, so we have to follow the basic Millwall principles, and we have to play extremely well, as well," he said.
"We have to be ruthless in both boxes and we’ll get our rewards."
Harris said spirits are high in the group, with the team "playing well as a group and individually".
"We just have to start getting over the line, and that's the finer detail that we have to nail," he added.
'I don't know much about Ivanovic, I've not seen lots of him'
Millwall will be without strikers Josh Coburn and Tom Bradshaw for the visit of 21st-placed Preston, while Macaulay Langstaff is yet to score for the club since his summer move from Notts County.
But Harris will be able to call on Serbian forward Mihailo Ivanovic, who came off the bench to make his debut against the Hoops after joining the club from FK Vojvodina in August.
Harris has been impressed with what he has seen from the 19-year-old so far and believes he will be at Millwall "for the long run".
"I don't know much about Mika, I've not seen lots of him, so he's new to me as well," Harris added.
"The lad's knocked on my door and said, 'I'm fit, I want to play,' and then when he's got on the pitch on Saturday he's run around and put himself about – what a brilliant starting position as a Millwall number nine, so I'm excited as well.
"It's been a good week for him. He's a cracking young man, who's very driven to do well. He puts demands on himself to train hard so he’s going to fit into the group very well."
