Colwill among senior caps in Wales U21 squad

Wales Under-21s welcome back a host of players from the senior squad for their 2025 Uefa Under-21 Euro qualifier against Iceland in Reykjavik on 10 September (17:30 BST).
Fin Stevens, who left Brentford for St Pauli in the summer, and Leeds United’s Charlie Crew are back in Matty Jones’ squad having won first senior caps against Gibraltar in June.
Rubin Colwill, Joe Low, Charlie Savage and Matt Baker also drop down to under-21 level having been part of Rob Page’s squad for the summer friendlies against Gibraltar and Slovakia.
Wales Under-21s sit second in Group I after having claimed three wins and two draws so far in the qualifying campaign.
Their solitary defeat to date came against current group leaders Denmark.
Former Wales international Jones signed a new deal running until 2028 earlier this month.
