Carlisle give Williamson plenty to 'build on'

Carlisle United head coach Mike Williamson says that the home draw with Harrogate Town gives him a vital platform to build on for the rest of the season.
The point was enough to move Carlisle off the foot of League Two, but they remain two points adrift of safety.
However, Williamson was pleased to see his team enjoy over 70% possession and have 23 shots in the game at Brunton Park.
"It was a more complete performance which makes it more frustrating we didn't win, but there are so many good things to build on," he told BBC Radio Cumbria.
Carlisle may not have taken three points, but the Cumbrians at least ended a run of six successive home defeats in all competitions.
However, their attentions now turn to a trip to free-scoring Walsall on Tuesday.
"We've seen glimpses since we've been here," said Williamson.
"We know what quality we've got and what honest lads we've got, who are willing to commit to everything we ask them to do."
