Oxford forward Rodrigues moves to Brazilian side

Ruben Rodrigues played 95 times for Oxford in two seasons, scoring 13 goals and contributing nine assists

Oxford United have sold Portuguese forward Ruben Rodrigues to Brazilian top-flight side EC Vitoria.

The 28-year-old has moved to the Salvador-based club for an undisclosed fee after two years at the U's.

He scored nine goals in his first season with the club as Oxford won promotion to the Championship via the play-offs.

Last season he found the net four times as they consolidated their place in the second tier for a second season under boss Gary Rowett.
