Barrow head coach Stephen Clemence was angry after watching his team undone by another late goal on Saturday.

Jamie Grimes scored an 89th-minute winner for Chesterfield to extend the Bluebirds' winless run to seven games.

It leaves them 12th in League Two, but still only three points outside the play-offs.

"We're conceding all sorts of different goals at the end of games. It's not good enough," Clemence told BBC Radio Cumbria.

This season, Barrow have conceded eight goals after the 75th minute of matches, with those goals costing them 12 points.

"We've got to improve," said Clemence. "For someone to get a free header in our six-yard box from a late corner without a challenge, it's not acceptable."

With the team not winning in the league since 5 October, the Barrow boss admits that belief is suffering.

"Confidence is affected at the moment," he said.

"It's affected at the top end of the pitch, it's affected at the end of games when we try to defend and hang onto something whether that's a draw or a win and it's so, so frustrating."
