Pontypridd United 1-7 Cardiff City: A hat-trick from Laura Curnock helped Cardiff City on their way to a thrashing for Pontypridd United. Curnock opened the scoring after six minutes, before Nieve Jenkins doubled the lead four minutes later. Maddison Lloyd pulled a goal back for the hosts before Curnock's second in first-half stoppage time. Megan Bowen added the Bluebirds' fourth after the break, and Curnock completed her hat-trick from the penalty spot on 55 minutes. Late goals from Amy Long and Hannah Power added the finishing touches to a resounding victory.
Barry Town United 2-4 The New Saints: The New Saints returned to winning ways on Sunday, but were made to work for it away at Barry Town United. The visitors led 3-0 at half-time thanks to goals from Lia Lewis, Zara Gibbs and Charlotte Cress. But the hosts fought back after the break, Ellie Preece and Amelia Herbert cutting TNS' lead down to one goal. But Kayleigh Baker's strike restored their two-goal advantage to seal all three points.
Swansea City 6-1 Briton Ferry Llansawel: Swansea City continued their goal-scoring form by putting six goals past Briton Ferry - a week after scoring 10 against Pontypridd. Four goals in 35 minutes from Aimee Deacon proved the highlight of the game, while Chloe Chilvers bagged herself a brace for the Swans. Jade Croft's 47th minute goal only proved to be a consolation for the visitors, as they lost ground on the top four.
Aberystwyth 0-5 Wrexham: Wrexham kept pace with Cardiff City at the top of the Adran Premier table with a 5-0 hammering of Aberystwyth. The visitors were ahead inside three minutes, as Rosie Hughes set the tone for what would be a long afternoon for the hosts. Lili Mai Jones and Jodie Bartle made it 3-0 before the break, before Katie Barker's second-half brace saw Wrexham run away with proceedings.
