Charlton have to move on from defeats - Jones
Nathan Jones looks ahead to Charlton Athletic's visit to QPR on Saturday

Charlton Athletic boss Nathan Jones said he wants to see a reaction from his players following back-to-back defeats in all competitions.
The Addicks suffered their first Championship loss of the season in a tight game against Leicester City on Saturday, before a fully changed XI were well beaten by League Two Cambridge United in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday.
Jones was furious with the performance of the referee in his side's 1-0 defeat against the Foxes at The Valley, describing the decision to disallow what would have been a Lloyd Jones equaliser as a "fairytale".
And after going out of the EFL Cup to Cambridge, Jones said it was important to put in an improved performance against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.
"It's always disappointing when you lose a game but we have to move on. We want a reaction, we've got a big game on the weekend and we want to finish this block of games in good form," he told BBC Radio London.

QPR are winless in their opening three league games under Julien Stephan, and they go into the lunchtime game at Loftus Road on the back of a 7-1 thrashing away to Coventry City.
Jones said he feels for Stephan after such a heavy defeat: "Regardless of what level you're at or who you are, you hurt when you lose a game and it's just part and parcel.
"Yes, you feel empathy for them, but, realistically, I won't be too disappointed if he's feeling exactly the same way on Saturday night."
Saturday's game will be the first meeting between the two sides at Loftus Road since a 2-2 draw in December 2019.
"It's a wonderful football ground for me. They're a real good set of fans; their history, recent history – they've had tough times and come through it. I've had some wonderful games there," he added.
"We're looking forward to it. It's always a tough place to go because of the dimensions of the ground. It reminds me a little bit like Luton in terms of that.
"So what a great thing – an early kick-off, London derby, that's why you do it."
