Blackpool have signed midfielder Lee Evans on a two-year deal.
The 29-year-old joins the Seasiders following the expiration of his contract with Portsmouth, for whom he signed in March this year.
He has achieved four promotions out of League One with Wolverhampton Wanderers, Wigan Athletic and Ipswich Town.
"It's a really nice feeling, I'm delighted to be here and become a Blackpool player," Evans told Blackpool's website, external.
"It's an exciting challenge, and speaking to Neil Critchley [the Seasiders' head coach], he sold that challenge to me of trying to get out of this league. With the club just missing out on the play-off's last season, it's had a chance to build and then kick on again this coming season, which I am proud to be a part of."
The former Wales international had previously expressed a desire to stay with Pompey.
