Cardiff City defender Jesper Daland has joined German club Fortuna Dusseldorf on loan for the remainder of the 2025-26 season.
The 25-year-old joined the Bluebirds from Cercle Brugge on a four-year deal in the summer of 2024, when Erol Bulut was in charge of the Welsh club.
But having made 23 Cardiff appearances - including only one this season - Daland will have a spell in Germany's second-tier Bundesliga 2, while Cardiff negotiate life in English football's third tier.
Norwegian Daland spent three years in Belgian football before his move to Cardiff.
