Wales great Jess Fishlock has signed a one-year contract extension with National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) club side Seattle Reign.
The 38-year-old retired from international football in October, stepping down as her country's record goalscorer with 48 international goals scored over a record 166 caps.
But the midfielder's new deal will see her continue her playing career through the 2026 season.
Fishlock is the only player in the NWSL who is still active with her original team from the league's launch in 2013.
"I'm not done yet," Fishlock told the Seattle Reign website.
"This club means everything to me – the people, the supporters, the staff and my team-mates.
"I love competing for Seattle and giving everything I have to this group, and I truly believe in what we're building here. I'm excited to run it back in 2026 with this world-class club."
