Notts County have signed midfielder Tom Iorpenda on a season-long loan from League One club Huddersfield Town.
The 20-year-old has made 15 appearances for the Terriers since making his first-team debut in a 5-0 FA Cup third-round defeat at Manchester City in January 2024.
While he featured 12 times across all competitions in an injury-hit 2024-25 campaign, he is yet to start a league match for Huddersfield.
Iorpenda first joined the West Yorkshire club's youth ranks from Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer of 2021, and has previously spent time out on loan with non-league side Hyde United.
He joins a managerless Notts side that fell short of League Two promotion at the play-off semi-final stage in May and comes in to replace George Abbott, who spent last term on loan at Meadow Lane from Premier League side Tottenham.
"We're pleased to offer another highly promising young player a fantastic platform to show what they can do," Notts' head of football Roberto Gagliardi told the club website., external
"He has all the qualities you look for in a modern-day, dynamic midfielder and we're excited to work with him to help us achieve our objectives."
