Peterborough winger Poku 'going nowhere' - Ferguson

Peterborough United head coach Darren Ferguson said speculation over the future of Kwame Poku "needs to stop" adding that the in-form winger "won't be going" anywhere during the transfer window.
Poku, 23, scored twice in Posh's 4-1 win at Shrewsbury Town in League One on Saturday and has been linked with a potential move to the Championship ahead of the deadline on 31 August.
But when asked whether it might be difficult to keep the Ghanaian, Ferguson was adamant that it would not be.
"No, he won't be going. It's that simple really," he told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.
"There's been a lot of speculation about him and Hector [Kyprianou] but it has to stop.
"I understand the question, but they need to concentrate on their football and trying to have a successful season."

'No point me being here if we keep losing best players'
Ferguson is reshaping his squad for another shot at reaching the Championship having guided the club to fourth last season and the play-offs, where they lost to eventual promotion winners Oxford United in the semi-finals.
His preparations this summer have been affected by the loss of a number of players, including Ronnie Edwards to Southampton and captain Harrison Burrows to Sheffield United.
Defender Josh Knight also left to join German second-tier club Hannover after rejecting Posh's offer of a new deal.
However, six permanent transfers have been made with the club spending close to £2m on deals for the likes of Swedish defender Oscar Wallin, wide player Cian Haynes and forward Abraham Odoh.
Ferguson said he has been "delighted" with the impact of the new signings and is not ready to contemplate any potential loss of Poku.
"If we keep losing our best players it's going to make it very very difficult to be successful," he said.
"I can't do that.
"We've got budgets and finances we have to get correct and I know exactly where I stand.
"But if I'm going to lose all my best players it's going to make it very difficult for me and it'll get the point where there's no point me being here.
Ferguson added: "I want to be a successful manager. I've got to manage the players and if I get big offers from bigger clubs I have to deal with that situation, and I feel I'm more than capable of doing it."
