Norwich defender Stacey signs new contract

Norwich City defender Jack Stacey has signed a new two-year contract with the option for a further 12 months.
The 29-year-old signed from Bournemouth in May 2023 and has made 87 league appearances for the Canaries, scoring three goals.
Stacey cost Bournemouth £4m from Luton in 2019 and he featured in the Premier League as well as helping the south coast club regain their top-flight status after relegation in 2020.
"The two years I've been here, I've really enjoyed playing in the stadium, playing for the fans," Stacey told the club website., external
"But I've not achieved what I wanted to so I'm excited to commit for a longer period of time so we can try to achieve the goals we've set for the team and for myself."
Norwich start their Championship season at home Millwall on 9 August.
