The New Saints have been crowned Cymru Premier champions for the fourth season in a row.

Nearest rivals Penybont needed to win all their remaining games to have any chance of catching Craig Harrison's side - but they were held to a goalless draw at home by Cardiff Met on Friday night.

It is TNS's 17th Welsh top flight title and they have already lifted the Welsh League Cup this season and are in the semi-finals of the Welsh Cup.

They go into their JD Welsh Cup semi-final on Sunday against Cambrian United with more silverware in their sights.

The only Cymru Premier fixture to take place on Saturday saw Bala Town play out a goalless draw with Haverfordwest County at Maes Tegid.

The Lakesiders stay sixth in the Championship Conference, eight points behind Caernarfon Town with four matches remaining.

The Bluebirds sit third, six points adrift of Penybont and seven ahead of Cardiff Met who are fourth.
