QPR have signed Slovenia striker Zan Celar from Swiss side Lugano for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old made three appearances for his country at the Euros in Germany this summer and has 13 caps in total.
The move comes on the same day QPR's young player of the season Sinclair Armstrong joined fellow Championship club Bristol City.
“I think I will adapt well,” Cedar told the club website., external
“The next step now is important for me and I think this is the right place. I will try to do what I have been doing and hopefully I can help the team with my goals.”
Celar, who was an 86th-minute substitute in Slovenia's 0-0 draw with England at the Euros, began his career at Maribor before moving to Roma in 2018.
He made just one league appearance for the Serie A side and had loan spells at Citadella and Cremonese, before moving to Lugano in 2021, where he scored 40 goals in 103 games.
QPR begin the new Championship season at home to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, 10 August.
